21/90 Rule Challenge

What is this? It’s been said it takes:

    ·       21 days to form/break a habit

    ·       90 Days to make it a lifestyle

 

 

What are some of our Team Members doing:

 

    ·       Simone or as we like to call her the “Sales Guru”

  o   Breaking the habit of overthinking & over-complicating things

  o   Writing down 3 things I am grateful for everyday

  o   Do 1 thing every day that teaches me to be kinder to myself

  o   Find balance – exercise throughout the day

 

    ·       Leanne or as we know her “Marketing Champ”

o   Breaking the habit of procrastination

o   Start each morning reading my bible

o   Incorporate at least 15 mins of exercise into my day (this will probably be yoga 😊)

o   Setting time to focus on my Honours (I have 12 assignments – it’s scary)

o   My fun thing – learning to play the keyboard again (I remember quite a bit)

 

    ·       Sharon or Shaz she’s known as “The Boss”

 

o   Breaking the Habit of reaching for my phone the minute I wake up

o   Forming the lifestyle of taking 10/15 minutes in the morning to start differently (what that looks like you will have to wait and see)

o   Including exercise as a daily routine (more details to follow)

o   Eating one veggie meal per week (mmmm I’ll let you know how that goes  😊)

 

    ·       And our rose amongst the thorns  😊 😊 Pieter or as we lovingly know him “The Shrink”

o   Breaking the habit of an unhealthy lifestyle

o   Setting aside time each day to work on my PHD

o   Forming a sleep pattern

o   Creating a meditation ritual

 

It’s hard to think about having your freedom taken away from you, even when it is to save lives. Let’s make this a positive experience and start doing things that we always said we never have time for and to appreciate how life is slowing down and giving us the chance to catch our breaths again.
